Letter of Recommendation

If you would like us to write a letter of recommendation, please contact us no later than 4 weeks prior to your first application deadline. In order to assess whether we will be able to write an informative letter, we ask you to provide the following documents:

  • CV,
  • current transcript of records,
  • statement of purpose/motivation letter,
  • list of places you are applying to (if the letter is for multiple applications),
  • copy or link to the call for applications/job ad (if the letter is for one application).

Please submit these documents as a single pdf-attachment per Email to Dorothea Pakebusch: pakebuschSpamProtectionwiso.uni-koeln.de. 

If your application is complete and arrives on time, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
