Welcome at the professorship for Economics of Prof. Anna Bindler, Ph.D.!

At the professorship, we concern ourselves with various topics of the field of Economics. The research interests of Prof. Anna Bindler's, Ph.D. professorship mainly lie in the fields of Applied Microeconomics, Economics of Crime, Law and Economics and Labour Economics. In addition to our involvement in the University of Cologne, we are also part of the cluster of excellence ECONtribute: Markets & Public Policy. Currently we concern ourselves with the following topics, among others: 

• Decision making in legal systems
• Costs of crime
• Functioning of law enforcement
